This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds and cancellations are handled on the Shera King Network Advertisement platform. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
1. Membership Charge (₹20)
The one-time membership charge of ₹20 gives access to the app. Because access begins immediately once the payment is verified, the membership charge is generally non-refundable, except in cases of a verified failed or duplicate transaction (see Section 4).
2. Long Video Charge (₹50)
A charge of ₹50 applies to each video post longer than 3 minutes. Because the video is published immediately, this charge is generally non-refundable once the post is live. Photos and videos up to 3 minutes are free.
3. Content Removed for Policy Violations
If content is removed because it violates our Terms & Conditions (for example, an incorrect or prohibited video/image), the corresponding payment is not refunded. A warning may be issued before content is removed.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited from your account but your membership or post is not activated, or if you are charged more than once for the same transaction, you are eligible for a refund of the affected amount. Please contact us with the transaction details and we will verify and process eligible refunds.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval, though the exact time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
