This page explains how to request deletion of your Shera King Network Advertisement account and the data associated with it.
1. Delete from inside the app
The quickest way to submit a deletion request:
- Open the Shera King Network app and log in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your request is submitted immediately.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us with your registered mobile number and User
Code, using the subject line “Account deletion request”:

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account, for example through a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number, before processing the request.
3. What happens next
We review and action deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. Once your account is deleted you will lose access to it, along with your wallet balance and any pending rewards. This cannot be undone.
4. Data that is deleted
When your deletion request is actioned, the following are removed from our systems:
- Profile information, including your name, display picture and mobile number
- Your advertisements and any photos or videos you uploaded
- Social data, including followers, following, likes and comments
- Direct messages and Help & Support conversations
- KYC document images and photographs
5. Data that is retained
Financial records, such as wallet transactions, top-ups and withdrawals, are retained in anonymised form for up to 8 years. These records are no longer linked to your name or contact details, and are kept only to meet taxation, accounting, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.
